Drinking three or four cups of coffee a day can cut your risk of developing and dying from chronic liver disease.

This finding is based on a study in the U.K. examining 11 years of data on the liver health of 495,000 people ­­­­­ — ages 40 to 69 — 385,00 of whom were coffee drinkers.
