Have you noticed people are getting punchier, more frustrated, and agitated than usual? I chalk this up to the last rep stress.

I used to work out at a gym with a trainer, and every night was a mystery session. If I didn’t know how long an exercise would be, I’d do fine. However, when he told me to do ten reps or 3 minutes of a routine, I’d struggle as soon as I got to the last 15% of the exercise. Why? Because I knew it was almost over.

We’re almost “done” with this quarantine. Just a few more months until we can go back out again. But that last rep is causing anxiety.
