I dragged my husband out of bed at 4 am to look at the comet this summer, and made him go out again with me when it was visible at night. I was so excited to see Comet NEOWISE last summer that I was willing to get out of bed at 4 a.m. It turns out that wasn’t quite early enough to really see it, so we waited until it was visible at night to go looking for it again.

Our city has a planetarium, so we went out there around 9:30 p.m. There was a small group of people out with binoculars…
