I’ll never make much money on Medium.

They changed the system and I lost. But I’m not complaining. I’m sure that much of their audience likes it this way.

I write short to very short thoughts and poems. Medium pays for long (and to my mind often boring) pieces.

I like to pare down my thoughts to as few words as possible. You might call it sound bites, but many 500 page books are only remembered for 1 or 2 quotes.

I am writing at Ko-Fi.com and am working on a KDP manuscript to be ready after the first of the year.

Honestly, I love playing with words and like the Medium format and readers. But I have to expand.
