The easiest running habit in the world involves just counting to 10. Most people think they can’t run. But that’s exactly where the problem lies.

They think they can’t run.

So here is a challenge for anyone who ‘can’t run’. A word of warning though- it’s deceptive, and will trick your brain into believing you can run.

All you have to do is run every day. No, no, stay with me.

Every day, run ten steps.
