Our Partnership Program 🤝

This post outlines the new Evmos Domains partnership program for incentivizing collaboration between builders and Evmos Domains! If you haven’t read our launch post, be sure to check it out here.

When a user registers a Web3 domain name with Evmos Domains, an NFT representing the domain is minted under the ownership of the registrant, and can be altered & traded like any other NFT.

Evmos Domains x OrbitalApes 📇 🙉

Last week, we secured a partnership with OrbitalApes, an NFT project on Evmos that’s launching a market for trading NFTs. Since their market rewards collection-owners with commissions on trades, Evmos Domains will earn a 5% commission on every name trade made.

The program 🤝

During the first 3 months following the launch, we’re sharing that 5% commission from all domain trades with all of our partner projects! So by implementing ~4 lines of code to show a .evmos name in place of an address for a user logged in to their dapps, projects can earn passive funding to build even more on Evmos.

Payment Contract

The Orbit Market will send all commissions to our payment contract with a partner projects whitelist. These addresses can be externally owned or other contracts that call our payment contracts’ withdraw() function to receive partner commissions in EVMOS.
