Landline phones were launched in 1876 in the United States and Europe. Before the advancements of the 1900s, there was a telephonic revolution. The new devices allowed people to communicate over great distances.

Fast forward to the handheld phone was released in 1973and no one thought it could get any better. It is not surprising that it continued to get better. If you remember the 90s, telephones not only got better, but bigger. The large cellular phones were cumbersome but effective. The biggest technology rivals have inspired humanity to create features like touchscreens, flip phones, and wireless control via artificial intelligence like Alexa and Siri.

Through this evolution, the applications for the technology have increased exponentially. In 2022, the mobile phone that you use has the power to improve your life by managing your mental health.
