Disaster Solutions has recently returned from a presentation at the European Agency for the Management of Operations Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union, better known as FRONTEX. Disaster Solutions was invited to participate in the FRONTEX Industry Day Workshop to demonstrate how DS could potentially assist the EU in the management of the refugee crisis.

The objective of the workshop was to help FRONTEX explore and understand potential providers concerns about the provision of deployable registration services, and to allow industry to explore and understand the implications of FRONTEX proposals. Disaster Solutions provided FRONTEX with an overview of the Virtual Badge software, and explained its potential use for managing decision-support information for the refugee crisis.

Upcoming Events

Disaster Solutions will be assisting the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) in conducting the 2016 Polaris Warrior exercise in Colorado Springs, CO. USAFA will use the Virtual Badge software to manage scoring information for Cadets and to provide real-time situational awareness for exercise operations.
