Jenny and Mitch Try It All — Pt. 17
Jenny saw Steve and Ted heading her way as she talked to a couple of the other wives in the great room. Big Steve led the way, with a big friendly smile on his face. On the other hand, Ted looked absolutely predatory. She caught Mitch’s eye across the room and gave him a nod. Game on! she thought.
“Steve! It’s so good to see you again! And you’re Ted, right? I think we were introduced at the Christmas party.” She held out a hand to Ted while Steve slid an arm around her back and started walking her towards the hallway.
“Jenny, we’d like to have a private word with you. Do you mind?” Steve’s big hand against the small of her back didn’t give her much choice but to go along. She was determined not to show the nerves she felt, and once again silently thanked Erin for all the planning.
She had confided to Erin in one of those calls that she had been a wild child in college. She and Beth had invaded more than one frat party at GWU and completely let themselves go — to be totally used by the brothers until they stumbled home the next morning reeking of jizz and beer.
