Exercise is a very important in daily life, it keeps you in shape and keeps your body healthy along with eating the right things. Experts say that getting at least 60 minutes of exercise a day with make you more healthy. Exercise is tiring and boring and nobody wants to do it but it is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Don’t think that it’s okay to not exercise at all. Long term effects of not working out are obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, increased risk of heart disease, breathlessness, and having little energy. Exercising is very hard to do everyday but the effect it has on life are worth being tired in the moment. Working out can make you feel happier because it releases endorphins, an endorphin is a hormone that is known to give off a sense of euphoria. Not only that, exercise can increase energy even for people who are constantly tired. It can help you sleep better, exercising is tiring after doing it but being tired helps to get a good night’s sleep and when a person gets 8–10 hours of sleep they will have more energy the next day and the cycle will repeat over and over. So, just getting one hour of exercise a day can improve a person’s life as long as they keep exercising.
