Sometimes it’s hard to get yourself to exercise and you don’t want to do it so here are a few fun ways to get in the exercise and have fun while doing it.
- Dancing, weather its alone in your room with the music blasting, or at a school dance or party, you can even play just dance on xbox and get in exercise that way
- Go on a walk with friends, going on a walk doesnt feel like exercise but it is a really good way to exercise without knowing it
- Rock climbing, going rock climbing is really fun especially if you go with friends or family
- Yoga, it seems relaxing but you actually get good workout while doing it
- Take a zumba class, It’s a really fun way to exercise and challenge yourself and dance with a group of people and you won’t take as many breaks cause it’s embarrassing
- Go on a bike ride, it’s really relaxing and you get a good leg exercise and you’re in the fresh air
- You can also do handstands, It seems weird but it is actually a good way to exercise without even knowing it
- Play a sport, really any sport can be considered exercise
