When you stop to exercise, after a certain period of time you will have trouble maintaining a healthy weight and blood pressure. If you completely stop exercising and estimated 5 pounds will be gained every month. When you gain weight you will have a better chance of diabetes, heart diseases, and high blood pressure. When you’re overweight it gets harder and harder to work out because your joint get stiff and it will be harder for your muscles to compensate for the weight gained. Not working out makes you weak so when you do decide to work out or get up you will barely have the endurance to do so. When you just sit on the couch for months on end you start to get depressed and once you decide that you want to live your life again you can’t without going through excruciating pain and a very hard weight loss program. Imagine being like one of the people from the TV show “The BIggest Loser”. Awful, right? When you see those people trying their best to get healthier after their horrible lifestyle choices you think “I hope I never have to go through that”. You don’t have to as long as you exercise regularly and eat a semi healthy diet.
