Hello Eximchain supporters,
It has been a very busy month for us here. We have been continually making progress on both Mainnet Development and Quadratic Voting. The first Proof-Of-Concept partnership with YOOsourcing was announced along with live demo presented at regional tech conferences by our CEO Hope. Finally, we have made a few additional hires and will start the Eximchain Global Hackathon Tour soon. Stay tuned for further announcement!
Technical development
Mainnet Development
We have decided the number of validators and makers that will be in the main network, barring any last minute changes. We are currently running a quorum test network (with no Eximchain governance yet) of the same size we intend the initial main net to be. We are continuing to focus on security hardening and we are in the early stages of implementing backup and recovery of chain data. We are also finalizing a partnership with Threat Stack to be a security technology provider and help us secure our cloud infrastructure.
Quadratic Voting
We’re continuing the design process of governance voting interface and prototypes. Currently focusing on improving our ballot design for clarity and transparency. We will be sharing an introduction to quadratic voting and how we have integrated it into our governance mechanism in early June soon.

The EXC tokens were unlocked around 4pm EST/ 8pm UTC May 21. Please be advised on the only official ERC20 contract address for EXC:

Our CEO Hope Liu made live demos to explain the functionality of the first Proof-Of-Concept product- Inspection App at one of the biggest tech conference in China- GMIC and the World Digital Asset Summit 2018 in Singapore as a keynote speaker.

We will be sharing an introduction to quadratic voting and how we have integrated it into our governance mechanism in early June soon. We hope the information will help you understand how our governance mechanism works in a more direct way.
We will start our Eximchain Global Hackathon Tour soon. The first two stops in June will be held in Seoul and Singapore! Detailed information will be released soon.
Our CEO Hope Liu will attend TechCrunch Sessions: Blockchain 2018 in July.
