Exnetwork Explores the Deepest Depths of the Universe with Space Misfits
Exnetwork explores the deep space with their new investment called Space Misfits, a 3D Multiplayer Space game built with ENJIN Blockchain technology giving players an opportunity to “Play to Earn”. Space Misfits is a gorgeously designed game that will give you an 80s cyberpunk vibe, a unique direction since most scifi games are usually dark and murky.
Space Misfits currently features two versions. The PVE version that allows you to explore space, mine asteroids, fight NPCs, build ships, repair/fuel your ships and buy minerals on the market. Our current state of the game is a very simple alpha version that is in testing.
Space Misfits brings an exciting and intense action space game to the blockchain. Explore new worlds, battle it out for scarce resources, build your fleet and earn a fortune in space. Players can progress in the alpha version by purchasing blueprints in the Space Misfits store currently.
The Enjin Spark Program
Enjin has been building the blockchain ecosystem for two years now, so they already have a number of great games adopting their platform, this was quite a challenge for the Space Misfits team.
Their program which is now called the Enjin Spark Program helps new studios and game developers realize their blockchain dreams but their requirements to get into Spark and receive access to create and integrate Mainnet assets was dependent on showing them true blockchain integration.
Thanks to Enjin’s robust suite of development tools, the team behind Space Misfits successfully completed that blockchain integration within 14 hours.
Players could connect their wallet, use their blockchain assets in the game, and receive new blockchain assets from the game. The integration with Enjin was seamless.
