About the Author

Kennedy Kilgore is currently a college and plans to graduate with a degree in Interior Design. Her goal for this assignment was to bring awareness to the issues facing the American judicial system that go unnoticed. Numerous people are wrongfully convicted annually, and yet there isn’t much media coverage on the issue. Kennedy’s family has had issues with wrongful convictions in regards to her brother, which is why she felt so passionate about bringing awareness to the subject. Her goal is to attract and inform more Young Adults about these issues in hopes to promote a positive change for future generations.
