Black Friday: Where to find the best deals in Paris
If there is one thing you probably miss as an American living in France is Thanksgiving family celebrations and Black Friday.
Luckily it seems that this shopping frenzy has been well imported in here as well and retailers have found here a good opportunity to anticipate Christmas shopping. Black Friday appeared a couple of years ago in France and French people are getting used to it with 32% of them willing to go shopping on that particular day.
Here are some shops or websites were you’ll find great deals:
La Redoute: It is one of the biggest website for fashion, home furniture and electronics. They have launched a dedicated page on their website for the occasion, offering up to -60% on 10'000 products. Promotions are already available and will last until Monday 28th.
Sephora: Perfect for beauty products and perfumes. They even launched a dedicated app!
Cdiscount — Fnac: If you are looking for electronics, home appliances these are the perfect websites. Fnac has physical shops as well. Discounts will be available for an entire week.
Amazon: You obviously know this website, this week more than 10’000 products are on sale. However be careful with the flash sales as they do not give you much time to think about your purchase or to compare your options.
Apple: Last year the Cupertino firm skipped Black Friday in order to preserve its employees for the Christmas period. This year will be different apparently according to recent communication. Willing to buy an Apple Watch? I’d wait until Friday if I were you ;).
