Freedom, scary, stepping out of the comfort zone

There have been a lot of questions of what I was upto and how ‘chlorophyll brand consultancy’ was associating with me or vice versa.

So, here is bringing everyone upto speed at developments at my end.

In January this year, we started chlorophyll experience consulting (a division of chlorophyll brand consultancy) to work in the space of brand experience.

Four months, four clients, and twelve prospects in the pipeline later, we decided that we need an identity of our own; one that explains the why and how of what we do.

Recently, we launch India’s first experience design consultancy, 1+99.

Never has customer experience been as critical as it is in today’s Inter-networked world, where customers trust other customers more than anyone else.

In fact, in most categories, the experience is the ONLY differentiator. And yet, managing and exceeding stakeholder expectations needs hard work and executional excellence.

Be it healthcare, retail, banks, hospitality, education, or just about any business which interacts with individuals, you need to have an outside and professional partner work on your ‘experience’.

Our current focus is Hospitality, Retail, Wellness, Healthcare.
