Italianni’s — UP Town Center
TL;DR — Fresh ingredients, nice ambience, and prompt service made for an okay experience.
The place looked nice and tables were well-spaced from each other. Our table was a little too small, though. We were a party of six that were fit into a table for four (two square tables combined—see photo). They have a unisex restroom which was clean (one urinal and one toilet).
Most of the waiters were attentive, accommodating, and worked fast to meet our requests.
Food was served quick and temperature was good. Taste was okay — nothing spectacular that would make me want to go back (especially at their price point), but it was…okay. Their pizza and pasta were well-cooked and their salads were nice and fresh.
They still give out free bread, which is nice, but it’s not as good as the bread they used to make years back. Also, they would do well to clean the oil and vinegar bottles once in a while because touching them would instantly make your fingers oily.
