God is You — God Became You So That You Can Become God
The paradoxical thought about the spirituality of life
In many spiritual books, I often read that “we are Gods.”
It’s even in the Bible.
Psalm 82:6: “I have said, ‘You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.’”
But then, as I was waiting for the train today, a thought appeared in my mind and told me, “God became you.” God has taken an identity seemingly separate from himself to know himself anew through El Creativo.
If I didn’t have life pulsing through me, the things that make up my identity would be meaningless. I give life to what I see and what I feel. I give life to specific wants and needs and call them mine.
But also, it is not me, Emilien, who lives. It’s the organizing principle that creates life that lives in me, taking upon itself the name Emilien. That principle renews my flesh, my mind, and everything about me in ways that Emilien can not fathom.
I define God as the organizing principle of all creation.
The organizing principle is in everything that has life.
From my current identity’s perspective, I live inside a cluster of cells that gives me…
