We were forced to move, and we loved it.
There is an interesting story about Manu and Fish in the Hindu mythology. We felt like Manu’s fish few months ago, our beloved space which was ample for 4 folks at Expresiv for spewing out design day and night started to seem congested. Then came sudden realization that our humble startup has grown double in size!
Growth is inevitable — we knew this fact the first day we opened our doors for business in July 2013. Having spent just the first five months at a co-working space in Tinkune, Expresiv already had this hunger for growth growing inside it from the first day. We knew we had to grow; but we had also promised ourselves to grow organically — and passionately. Every personnel, every asset that was added to the Expresiv family had to add value to the company. So we were very careful hiring the first few people as they were the forces that would steer the company in the desired direction.
Fortunately, the people who joined hands with us were good people; and as a result, whatever that was growing out of Expresiv was the fruit of good intentions.
Each one of us at Expresiv has seen is the enormous amount of passion filled inside each of the fellow team member and their eagerness to contribute to the company’s growth. Had it just been the co-founders alone who dreamt big but lacked the workforce that could dream together, this would not have been possible. Today, Expresiv takes pride in its workforce — and we are delighted that we hired the right people. But what was equally important was the fact that we needed a more coherent, accessible and accommodating workplace, we decided to leap further — and here we are; at a brand new workspace located in the heart of the city and full of sunshine.

Expresiv Studios has become bigger and better — both in terms of physical presence, clientele and outreach. And it doesn’t end here as we need to push this even further. We have bigger plans in the days to come, and we will share them with you as they happen. We are just getting started!
