It’s a Duel – More Joy of Oatmeal

🍌🍲🌶🍌🍲🌶🍌🍲🌶🍌

I boil two crushed dried chillies in soya milk with a desertspoon of cocoa powder.

I add a cup (I’ve got a BIG appetite) of oatmeal, stir for a few minutes and serve on a bed of sliced bananas.

Sometimes I add raspberries if I’m feeling extravagant.

Sometimes I use fresh dates, if I’m feeling naughty. I usually am.

Nectarines on cocoa oatmeal with chilis. Banana with brown spots, sooo sweet.
