Such a polished actor and a distinguished gentleman with an immediately recognizable voice. You don’t even have to see him. If you walk into the room and one of his movies is on the television, without looking if you hear his voice, you’ll ask
“What Christopher Lee movie is this?”
* * He had a face that was made to portray a villain, as well as the voice. But his role in a 1958 horror film as Count Dracula is what cemented his place in my childhood memories. It’s probably the same for everyone else from my generation.
