So there is this one thing you have always wanted, you have spent tireless nights working on it. You have also done everything in your power to make it happen and just as it looks like it's about to happen something grips you, it’s the thud in your chest, the thought that what if this doesn’t work out and what if it does and you can’t handle it.

But what if you can? what if you ace it and move on to the next thing — and deal with yet another fear? What if fear is just part of the cycle?

Recently, I have been going through these motions and embracing the fear that comes with the changing aspects of my life.

New things come in, old things get adjusted

Let’s face it, change is scary. When you enter a new phase in your life, fear will creep in. It just does. The funny thing is, it's not just unwanted change that causes fear, good change does too! So how do we deal with it?
