a new financial committee

at the annual meeting in 2018, the board of directors approved the creation of a finance committee. members of this committee are faeries or faerie supporters with a solid relationship with zms and have demonstrated core competencies in organizational management and/or financial management. the finance committee is working in concert with the fundraising committee to ensure the financial stability of zms.
