President Donald Trump told the Florida Election Commission on Monday to exclude mail-in military ballots and added that “counting black and Hispanic votes is TOTALLY UNFAIR!”

In a tweetstorm that exposed Mr. Trump’s outrage that the gubernatorial and US Senate races in the southern state still might tilt Democratic, the president made a particularly outrageous claim: “Florida should not include ballots by people who voted Democratic just because they’re registered — ELECTION RIGGED!”

The president also demanded that Florida stop counting votes “…immediately and just declare Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis the winners already — popular vote counts are TOTALLY OUT OF DATE, must go back to electoral college!”

Mr. Trump seemed to be referring to his own presidential victory, where he lost the popular vote by over three million votes but prevailed due to the truly out of date electoral college system. The electoral college does not factor into midterm election contests.

Mr. Trump’s demand that Florida ignore military, black and Hispanic voters is unlikely to have any effect on the outcome, as 95% of Americans have now concluded that electing Donald Trump in 2016 was a historic mistake and are now just waiting for his inevitable impeachment to get underway.
