I was really intrigued about the title of the above headline when I read the article. There was no mention about the remark, nor any indication of the time within the speech when the quote was said.

This article appeared in so many publications and everyone was linking back to the original content, so I decided to search for the video of the speach itself and I found it this morning on CNN.

After carefully watching the entire video, I found NO REFERENCE at all about the so called pledge in the title. This fact certainly diminishes the entire value of the article.
