Trump: a fading Boss

He never was a true leader because he ran the US as a company, HIS company.
He hired and fired people without thinking about the consequences and “handled” the other nations as subordinates, forgetting that the world is like a condo where the actions of one affect everyone.
His arrogance does not allow him to accept the defeat, instead, he should understand the simple reason for his failure: he is unfit to lead.
