Trump wants American National Anthem Repealed and Replaced

Blames FBI, DOJ, and Democrats for creating the current ‘chaotic anthem’

After being unable to recollect the words of the national anthem (again) during a public event, President Trump lashed out at the FBI and his own Department of Justice for the chaotic anthem, and blamed the Democrats for being responsible for creating the current national anthem to begin with.

Mr. Trump, while speaking to reporters before taking off for his weekend golf getaway at Mar-a-Lago, said that “The Star Spangled Banner” is the single most apologetic national anthem he has ever heard.

“This is a cool tune but there is a sorry verse, and I mean, look. It used to not be the star spangled banner. It used to be America or something. Right? Obama & Democrats thought that wasn’t working too well, because it was getting too old all over the place. The words were too simple, they were going to be easily memorized by children, but they didn’t like it. They wanted a song that was like saying sorry to the world. Very sad. This anthem is hard to remember. Children find it hard to remember the words. And, I mean..frankly, this anthem is the worst I have heard. I have asked the Congress to repeal and replace the anthem with immedate effect and may be make “America” great again. I mean “America” the anthem again.”

No GOP leader was available to comment, respond or clarify their position on the national anthem issue, after Trump’s unexpected attack on ‘The Star Spangled Banner’.
