Violette Wautier — I’d Do It Again

I personally really like this song’s lyrics and rhythm, especially the recent piano version of it. This song expresses the feelings of a girl after a breakup. They thought they had it all, and they used to laugh about things. The love they once shared was so passionate, and the girl reminisces about those beautiful memories from the past. However, it all fell apart in the end, feeling like a dream. Yet, she’s aware that even though she knew the outcome beforehand, she doesn’t mind encountering him again, falling in love once more.

This song is truly beautiful, evoking a subtle sense of regret and sadness. Yet, when reminiscing about those wonderful memories, it brings a heartfelt smile. I don’t regret meeting you, even if there was no ultimate outcome.

閻奕格 Janice Yan [ 不再可以 Never Again ]

I really enjoy Janice Yan’s gentle singing voice, as it always manages to touch the soft spots in my heart. This song describes the feelings of a girl when she’s alone after a breakup, still missing him. Having truly loved, it turns out she can’t let go.

The paths we once walked together, the delicious meals we shared, the nights we embraced each other, the promises we made to one another, the intimacy between the two of us — these beautiful experiences will never reappear in our lives. Even if we remain strong, there’s still a sense of regret, a feeling of longing, and moments of loneliness deep within our hearts. May we both be well, even though we won’t meet again.

Gloria Kim — back to the start

This song doesn’t sound very sorrowful; instead, it conveys a sense of going with the flow. Yes, that’s how reality is, returning to the starting point once again. I really enjoy this kind of music that incorporates electronic sounds and rhythmic melodies.

Romantic relationships are truly difficult to define as right or wrong. Many times, it’s easy to lose each other unintentionally. It could be that genuine love has faded, or perhaps future goals no longer align. It might even be over something as small as a disagreement, leading two people to part ways. Hopefully, we won’t enter a relationship too easily, nor will we leave it too lightly.
