What we can do during the quarantine
It is estimated that everyone has been at home for a month. What are you guys doing? Are you already bored? I am a person who likes to stay at home very much. Let me recommend 3 things you can do during the quarantine. You are also welcome to share with me what you usually do recently.
1. Exercise
Equipment required: a backyard or living room, sports shoes, YouTube, yoga mat
During this period, I believe most of them work from home, which is an opportunity to gain weight, also it is a good time to lose weight. YouTube has many channels about exercise, such as yoga, Tabata, dance and so on. We can use the time after a lunch break and after work to do half an hour to an hour every day and really release the body and mind. I recommend two channels for everyone.

2.Improve your skills
As it literally means, learns new skills to make yourself better. Such as watching movies, playing video games, watching YouTubers’ videos, tracking news, writing diaries, waiting for God or meditation, participating in some activities on zoom, etc.

The best entertainment for me is playing video games and watching movies. If let me recommend a good game, I naturally recommend the newly published “Final Fantasy 7 remake”, which is undoubtedly a surprise to many people. This game is a memory of many people’s childhood, which has excited countless old fans. This is a game where stories and fights coexist. Characters are vividly portrayed, and the effect is very beautiful after remaking.
