At Exult! Solutions, the last couple of weeks have been very busy, testing our agility and responsiveness in a big way. And we’re doing well! Among all the other facilitation and coaching work, I am particularly proud of facilitating a series of workshops for an NGO for whom we are the training partner. Over 500 young women from around India logged in to the workshops around leadership, gender, POSH, cultural sensitisation, communication, presentation skills, etc. On the background of the videos, we saw participants logging in from cities, rural homes, farms and animals, noisy little drawing rooms with family members curiously peeking into their screens… all displaying a commitment to learn in spite of the circumstances. And they engaged with each other through large group conversations, small group exercises and simulations, pop quizzes, videos, presentations, all through the medium of a screen.

While being on camera and digitally interacting with the world for 8–10 hours a day takes a different kind of endurance, this is a great opportunity for us as world to connect with what is essential, and to stay true to what we are committed to.
