Member engagement is fundamental to the success of EZT and involves building out member communications through multiple channels so we can keep our members constantly excited about earning more EZT.

The EZTeam have now set up many member facing messaging channels for EZToken Rewards including Facebook and Instagram pages, a template for weekly EDM’s and member push notifications through the EZToken app. These are explained in more detail below.

Social Media Channels

We’re using our EZToken Rewards social media pages to give us more regular exposure to our members. We have been posting daily offers so that members consistently see the benefits that EZToken Rewards can bring. Social media is also highly valuable for encouraging referrals and building relationships with our members.

EDM’s

We have created a member communications EDM template to touch base with our members on a weekly basis. This will aid member engagement and retention by:

· Highlighting top promotional offers and retailer join activity that they might otherwise have missed

· Create increased connection between EZToken Rewards program and members

· Reinforce the value and benefits of being an EZToken Rewards member

· Simply remind members to continue shopping and earning EZToken

Push notifications

Push notifications are a great way to drive members to engage with the EZToken Rewards app on a more regular basis. Our push notifications will alert members of any improvements to the EZToken Rewards app and/or highlight any exciting price rise activity for EZT.

We hope you’re as excited as we are about these efforts to build out member communications and boost engagement with EZToken Rewards. With the market recovering, member communications now firmly in place and retailers rushing to join the program, we couldn’t be feeling more positive about the future of EZT.
