In the past week, we received 5 great questions from 2 of our investors. Whilst these are wonderful questions, we want to receive many more questions from many more investors because understanding our investor community and communicating back in regards to what the EZTeam are doing is the key to our success.

Question 1: After more than a month since launch, only 40 EZToken Rewards stores. There are many low-traffic stores. So how many stores have signed up with EZToken? Partners have dozens of stores in the chain joining the program, will ever start running EZT Rewards? — (min***310@gmail.com)

Answer:

In the third quarter of 2018 the company launched the product, our goal is that this quarter we bring the products to the level of MVP (Minimum Viable Product) which is a lead method that startup companies often follow. The EZToken market is a two-sided market (Uber, Grab, Airbnb are examples of companies participating in this market), which has users on one side and merchants on the other.The first step is to make the product system acceptable to the user and bring value to the user — more members attract more merchants and more merchants attract more members. So, our EZScan product system must meet the requirements of Merchants back-end and the EZToken Rewards Apps (iOS, Androidapp, Webapp) must meet the needs of the member. This needs constant attention and optimisation and is what we are pursuing this quarter. We set a target at the end of this quarter to have 50 active merchants (EZScan Daily) and 5000 active members (rewards and redeems weekly) and refine them continuously to satisfy merchants and members . When the product reaches MVP, EZToken will set the goal of growth and expansion of the network.

Question 2: How long does it take from signing to setup to commissioning? Is there a way to speed up progress? — (min***310@gmail.com)

Answer:

The setup is fast but depends on the willingness of the merchants, when the merchant is ready, only one afternoon to fully complete. We then support the merchants through the onboarding process with supported promotional activity, advertising and training so they continue to stay engaged with the program and sign up more members.

Question 3: To expand the scope of EZToken activities in the near future, I would like to ask whether I will ever run programs in big cities like Sydney or Melbourne, or another country? — (min***310@gmail.com)

Answer:

We will implement Loyalty solution in Vietnam this quarter. We have a lot of suggestions from partners to deploy in Germany and Thailand also. We do not have specific plans to open in other cities when the product has not reached the MVP minus the Vietnamese market that we consider home.

Question 4: Why did not Mr. Anh Hoa join the telegram group to answer the questions of investors? Sometimes Philip Sheper is online but very little, while EZToken prices are down, investors are looking forward to new information from the project development team. Being apart of the team makes investors feel abandoned, as if the project has failed. — (aid***duc@gmail.com)

Answer:

Telegram is the good channel for investors to exchange freely and comfortably on the principle of respect for other participants. The company agreed not to participate in the telegram but to operate it to ensure it as a shared channel among investors. It was the personal choice of the CEO not to participate in the channel as this is not the way I work effectively through this type of chat. I still reply to emails, Q & A and always want to meet directly with investors who want to share.

Question 5: Why not deploy EZPoint in Vietnam, while the strength of EZPos is in Vietnam, can use the concept of accumulated points can be traded without introducing the concept of electronic money into the program, not using accumulated points For payment, they still do not violate the Vietnamese law. — (aid***duc@gmail.com)

Answer:

Thank you for your interest. In the plan, the company will deploy EZPoint in Vietnam in Q3/2018. We are rushing to prepare a good product and program and will keep investors updated on progress.

We want to answer more questions from investors. Communication between EZTeam and investor is essential at this time. The Q & A program will improve this relationship.
