Q & A is a program that was created to bring investors and the EZTeam closer together. We apologize for the “silent time” of Q & A while we were busy launching the program, and guarantee that Q & A with the CEO will be live weekly on Wednesdays from now on. Let’s begin!

Question 1:

Does EZTeam have any plans to regain trust from investors while they are too disappointed ? (myt***899@gmail.com)

Answer:

EZTeam is still working non-stop on the widespread expansion of EZToken Rewards into the real world. In essence, the price is affected by the market as well as investor feelings and other macro factors.

Question 2:

Why in the “bull” market, the price of EZT is getting even worse? It looks like EZT price keeps falling everyday. Why the development of the product does not bring up the price? I not see any actions from the team to help ICO investors and early supporters. All i can see is silence, nothing more !! — (myt***899@gmail.com)

Answer:

ICO just ended in March, EZTeam worked very hard to release the product in June, this was EZTeam’s non-stop effort, but EZToken is an utility token, it really needs time (months) to have a place in the market. The same goes for the price, it needs to be given time to rise up as we develop the member and merchant networks.

We do not abandon the investors, and we never will. We will always keep investors up to date with the latest progressions of the project.

You invested in EZT — a utility token, so expect everything a utility token can bring , it will be worth your time waiting for.

Question 3:

As an investor in the EZToken project, I would like to ask why other investors can sell EZT at such low prices. That’s not the way a trader or a holder usually act.

Are those “low price selling orders” from the customers who got free EZToken during EZToken Reward launching ? I thought free EZT was given away for service experience and attracting new members to EZT Reward in the future?

Answer:

The market has been going sideways for a long time, many investors may be unable to wait for the price to rise up, so they choose to sell. Alternatively, selling at this time may be their trading strategy in order to collect more amount of EZT and hold for the future. We can not monitor or track these thought processes of investors in regards to their actions so can not be sure about these unusual activities.

However, the transfering feature of EZToken from the EZToken Rewards app to the exchanges has not yet been activated, so it is impossible for people who got free EZT during the launch, to sell EZT on the exchanges. EZTeam is still continuously working to develop and improve the EZToken Rewards program and this activity takes time to generate demand for EZToken.

Question 4:

As an early investor I am concerned that very little is being done to promote the token on the crypto scene, no exchanges no partnerships with community players the price has dropped dramatically and does not react to market sentiment.

It is hard not to recall two major promises that were breached — stabilization and big exchanges. What is the company doing to gain back the trust of those of us who were your earliest supporters ? — (tak***ori@gmail.com)

Answer:

After releasing product into real life, we are planning the global expansion and also looking for new partnerships. It’s hard to do everything at the same time, especially after working day-and-night to release the product just 3 months after ICO.

The main problem we have actually is that the price is dropping in the influence of market trending, but we are in the same situation as many other coins and tokens. Product is working, Team is also working, we need time to improve product and features. And when the market gains back its momentum as it did at the end of last year, EZToken will be in strong position to grow rapidly.

We want to answer more questions from investors. Communication between EZTeam and investor is essential at this time. The Q & A program will improve this relationship.
