Recently, we have received some questions concerning what EZToken team has been doing and our plan for the future. In this week’s Q&A, our CEO will share some of our product development and our adaptation to the changes in crypto world. Thank you for your belief, support and please check it out!

Question 1: The success of this program is going to be ultimately measured by adoption. We know that this will be a process over the next few quarters, but instead of us asking every so often how things are going, is it possible for you to provide weekly or monthly metrics for us? For example, regular updates on:

* Number of merchants using the system

* Number of users have that signed on / downloaded app / etc

* Active users who’ve collected or redeemed rewards in the last week/month

* Total EZT rewards distributed by merchants in the last week/month

* Total EZT rewards redeemed by customers in the last week/month

Things of that nature would provide a huge amount of transparency and let us follow the success of the EZToken system as it grows without relying on asking for updates on each market, etc. (meh***012@gmail.com)

Answer:

Thanks for asking in details like this. We are in the phase with validating MVP. Actually, after launching product, we have got a lot of merchants’ feedback to improve our software, we are also revamping the App to new direction to acquire more users. New app will have new metrics to measure. We will choose the right metrics very soon after the new version of App.

Question 2:

When can we expect the new roadmap ?

Why the team is so silent, don‘t you think it‘s better to shout out short informations from time to time ? (nic***chn@web.de)

Answer:

Thanks for your belief in Crypto and especially in what we do. Last quarter, we have tried to get more feedback from merchants and users to improve the App. The team is also building a business model to see how we can earn money and keep the EZToken independent from the rise and fall of Cryptocurrency market. And we think that we found the new model between LevelUp ( https://www.thelevelup.com) and Fivestars (https://www.fivestars.com).

But it seems that we need to revamp and restructure the App to make it. The product team is finishing the design phase and we are coding. We will spend the whole Q4 for this.

Question 3:

Why is it you do not spend more time informing your customers and investors about what you spend your time on? You were significantly more active when it was possible to win a car, and now we don’t hear much from you. We have heard that you are preparing to expand EZT to Vietnam, but I think it would be nice if you could give weekly updates on this process.

How is the corporation with Philip Shelper? Before he was much more active but know we don’t hear anything from him? This I think has a negative effect on the investors since one of the main characters seems to have left the team?

Answer:

We are just a small startup, we are not a listed company. What we have done right now is test and validate to move forward. Honestly, we are always sure what we are doing is right or wrong. Please check other QA in this session got get updates from us.

Question 4:

When you are implementing EZT in Vietnam. Is Vietnam using the same rewards app as we use for Australia or will it have its own separate app with only the shops in Vietnam. When will the update be ready to see the Vietnam shops. (wil***aar@gmail.com)

Answer:

We estimate to get 3 months to build the new version of Apps for Vietnam and it also takes time to launch it. There will be 2 separate apps and we are trying to build some very interesting features in Vietnam apps and this will be implemented in Australian version if it gets attention from merchants and users in Vietnam.
