First of all, we would like to thank our investors for their interests and supports in the EZToken project. Welcome to the first “Q & A with CEO” ! We have received a lot of interesting questions from many investors around the world. However, there are duplicated questions, CEO Nguyen Anh Hoa has directly filtered and selected the top relevant questions for the first week.

1. Most important question, what exactly team is concentrating on? (jas***eva@gmail.com)

CEO: This is an interesting question!

There are thousand of tokens or coins have been created out there. However, not more than 5% of those have any application in real life. Those don’t have any real life features will be dead coins sooner or later.

EZToken has committed to be one of the first Tokens which will be widely applied in real life scenarios. Many of our team members are working day and night to ensure this Goal can be delivered soonest .

To do so, we have dedicated our time in customizing our EZPOS Platform to fit Australian POS market (our first chosen market for expansion strategy) as well as launching live EZToken Loyalty Platform to Merchants.

This requires an enormous amount of efforts even for a team of 50 people.

As a result, we have finally finished EZPOS customization and the Loyalty Platform beta test will be carried out this week (April 29). Furthermore, EZToken Loyalty Platform’s features will be tested at some merchants in May 2018.

Last Friday 20th April, Phillip Shelper and Adam Posner, two of the best loyalty specialists in Australia have been to Brisbane to carry interviews and conduct market researches with our team in order to prepare the design of an Unique Loyalty Coalition Program.

In 2nd week of May, Phil, Adam and the team will hold an in depth workshop to work out the best strategy for the loyalty platform expansion in Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

We treat this opportunity very seriously. Our focus is to launch a high quality product in a great designed program which is built to the finest details in order to generate 100% positive feedbacks. We know that, to be in Sydney and Melbourne and so on, Brisbane must be successful launched.

We have targeted to launch successful EZToken platform in 25 merchants with over 10,000 customers using EZ loyalty App to store their EZToken reward at the end of Q2, 2018.

It is clearly to see that EZT will soon be circulated in real life, hence the demand engine will kick start and keep on running faster and faster.

2. There are only 2 exchange published instead of 5 as promise. One of them was too bad that make us delist, another can’t KYC. ( xua***xda@gmail.com)

CEO: The promise to list EZT on 5 exchanges is still underway. We are very serious about this. However, our resources are prioritized in developing and launching products to market. Listing on such exchanges will have better effect when EZT has been applied in real life. Please read proceed with reading more Q&A to help you understand this better. While listing on Coinbene was a mistake, we had team meetings to review situations deeply and had come up with the decision : “delisting on Coinbene” ; Qryptos has shown it is a good and reliable exchange. Furthermore, EZT and Qryptos have become strategic partners in order to start building EZT’s Ecosystem in Japan.

3. How can EZT be applied in Vietnam? Can POS system be integrated with the new platform? (ngu***o92@gmail.com, phu***780@gmail.com, lui***690@gmail.com)

CEO: Currently, cryptocurrency is a key area that needs to be studied and promulgated by the state legislature, and the legal corridor for the development of crypto is expected to be completed by the end of 2019. In regards to implementing EZToken in Vietnam, Ezpos Holdings would need to comply with the Vietnamese legislations.

We have been cooperating with the BASICO office of Attorney Truong Thanh Duc, one of the Prominent Law Firm in this new field in order to clarify the level of application and the steps to be taken accordingly.

In regards to integration, technically the integration process has been very smooth and we will complete it in Q2. In case there are barriers to implement the Loyalty Platform with EZToken, we will implement a loyalty solution with EZPoint as outlined in the whitepaper earlier than planned.

4. How will EZT cooperate with ZaloPay? (lui***690@gmail.com)

CEO: In Q1, the integration of EZ Solution POS system with Zalopay Payment Platform has been completed. However, the application of cryptocurrency is a sensitive area though it is not forbidden in Vietnam. We are afraid that the application of cryptocurrency payment or transfer might be reviewed by the Central bank when the widespread adoption approaches. So far, cryptocurrency payment platform is really difficult to implement.

5. What are the steps taken to attract new investors? (jas***eva@gmail.com)

CEO: Successfully launching our loyalty platform will be the key result to attract real life investors i.e. merchants, consumers etc. while taking efforts to attract online investors through market channels as well as from the support of our existing investors. Please refer to some other answers to understand more what we are going to do and the reasons behind it.

We believe EZToken Loyalty and Reward Program will be one of the easiest tool to educate public about crypto and blockchain; as a result and many of them will join us on the EZT’s ship.

6. Why don’t we see much of Marketing? (ngu***o92@gmail.com , jas***eva@gmail.com )

CEO: The lack of marketing as well as listing on next exchanges has the same reason. We need to bring our loyalty platform into reality and make sure it delivers true value to our customers. We also understand that strong marketing is the easiest way to kill a weak product.

7. Why has 24-hour volume been gradually decreasing? (han***684@gmail.com)

CEO: For an utility token, it is quite normal that the volume drops during the stage of accomplishing its product development. Volume increases only when EZToken is being used in real life, provides real value to the users. Once the number of buyers increases, the EZT’ volume will increase .

8. Why has IOS application still not been released? (ngu***o92@gmail.com)

CEO: Apple is quite concerned about Cryptocurrency. They do not have a clear policy about ICO application approval hence they are handling case by case. We have been rejected more than 10 times and we are continuing to submit 100 more times until we make it.

9. There is too much lag in transparency and communication, what will be the future steps to gain confidence of the investors? (jas***eva@gmail.com)

CEO: We have been focusing more in business expansion and product development in the last several weeks. We are sorry for any miscommunication between investors and EZToken team. We have always listened and considered our investors’ suggestions carefully. As a result, I will be involve with our support team day by day to listen and address any concern from the investors. The weekly Q&A is the first step to get everything better.

10. Can I join EZPos team? I own more than 20.000EZT, I received a Bachelor in England. Can speak Chinese and Germany, and have 2 years experience working in Europe and 6 months in crypto world. (ngu***o92@gmail.com)

CEO: There are number of investors who have participated in some important and key positions of EZToken team, especially Mr. Van Nguyen, owner of a bakery chain in Brisbane, Australia. 11. What has EZPOS been doing with 5 Million dollars for regulating mechanism against market fluctuation? Is it being stored as USDT or ETH/BTC? (ngu***o92@gmail.com , phu***780@gmail.com, xua***xda@gmail.com)

CEO: EZToken itself was created by a profitable company. Therefore, I can assure that the fund is totally used for the development of EZT loyalty platform, business expansions as well as applying the price protection mechanism.

Like all of you, we believe in the future of Cryptos and Blockchain. Thus, we have not yet seen the urgency of converting BTC and ETH. 80% is stored as ETH. This was not the most optimal choice in the short term when the market dumped to 40% in just over 2 months.

In using the stabilization fund, we have made the maximum commitment when buying 2.5 million EZToken at approximate price 1.2$. When the market turns down, there are people taking advantage of the panic. This is another reason to temporarily suspend price protection.The fund’s (including the equalization fund) most priority is successful launching of EZPOS product and EZToken platform.

We have carefully measured that, while we successfully protect the price, resources will become limited causing difficulties in delivering a Quality product in the long run. The chance of making EZT success will be lower which indicates higher risk to long term investors. We choose to protect long term investor.
