You are looking for a service. It’s personal, it’s important. You have thought a long time whether you need this or not, and have budgeted for it accordingly. Now the most important thing is to choose the right person/company to help you get what you’re looking for. How do you choose right?

You do the research, you read through their website, you actually shop around, check a couple of companies that offer the same thing, but at the end of the day you’re more interested in what other people’s experience was with these companies. So you then start looking for reviews, rankings, history, and you find…almost nothing! How does that look for you? Probably the same way it looks for your prospects when they look for testimonials for your services and can’t find any. Not super reliable, right?

If you are a respecting company, and for that you need testimonials to prove it. You need case studies. Reviews. And people don’t do that as easily anymore, so you really need to push for them, and make sure you make them available for everyone else to see.

There are so many ways of using testimonials creatively. You can use videos, or you can create case studies like we’ve done here, where you showcase the experience of working with your company from multiple perspectives. Regardless of the form you want to choose for your case studies, just make sure you position them on your website in easy reach, and use them as part of any campaigns. They hold the key to any sales pitch, and are more often than not, the deciding factor of why people choose you over another company.

So how are you going to use your testimonials creatively?
