This five-part series is one of several collaborations under the longstanding partnership between the FAA and CAAS, with other projects on safety, air traffic management, training and sustainability.

In an effort to expand the training partnership and integrate new content delivery methods, the FAA and CAAS continue to use the U.S.-Singapore Joint Aviation Steering Committee (JASC) Training Subgroup as a mechanism to identify new content for delivery, deepening collaboration and enhancing joint activities. Since 2013, the FAA has instructed 10 courses at the Singapore Aviation Academy to build capacity in civil aviation professionals throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
