Getting noticed by TCS: There are two ways in which Codevita can help you get noticed by TCS.

  • Participation numbers: Codevita is still in early stages and TCS views it as a platform to showcase its offerings and attract students to TCS. Hence, they are craving for numbers. Higher number of participants from your college might get TCS to take notice of your college.
  • Better results: Students who cross the 1st round are directly called for an interview at TCS. And once the students are selected, they are going to be a part of an early joining batch and they are put on some exciting projects. Now, imagine a student from your college getting placed in one such project. He can be the testimonial for the quality of students at your college.

Based on our experience thus far, we have seen students from Tier-3 colleges giving a tough competition to students from IITs and other elite college. So, back your students to go out and do well in this competition.

Increase the hiring numbers by TCS: All the students who have crossed round-1 will be directly eligible for an interview; they need not face elimination round of Written test and Email writing. If a student doesn’t get through the interview at the TCS campus then they can again attend the process either when the company comes to your college or in any of the off-campus drives.

This is not the case for students who haven’t attempted Codevita. Once they fail at a selection process, they will be eligible to attend any of the TCS process after 6 months.
