FACEIT Collegiate Launches Collegiate CS2 Championship for Spring 2024
FACEIT Collegiate is excited to launch our inaugural collegiate CS2 season for Spring 2024 with $10,000 in prizing and a trip to IEM Cologne, the legendary Cathedral of Counter-Strike!
Elite teams from colleges across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico can compete in the Premier League to win their share of the $10,000 prize pool and a trip to IEM Cologne. The Rec League offers more casual collegiate competition with FACEIT points in prizing.

The collegiate CS2 league will feature two different divisions to bring competitive play for all — the Premier League and Rec League.
Premier League
The Premier League is the main league for collegiate CS2, featuring the best teams from each university to fight it out for the title of Collegiate CS2 Champion and a piece of the $10,000 prize pool. On top of that, the championship team will win a trip to IEM Cologne.

- 7 Weeks of Swiss matches
- Top 32 teams go to single-elimination playoffs

Rec League
The Rec League is an open league for more casual collegiate CS2 teams to have a chance to compete and win FACEIT points, which can be exchanged in the FACEIT Shop for items.

- March 2, 2024: Week 2 Swiss
- March 9, 2024: Week 3 Swiss
- March 16, 2024: Week 4 Swiss
- March 23, 2024: Week 5 Swiss
- March 30, 2024: BREAK WEEK
- April 6, 2024: Week 6 Swiss
- April 13, 2024: Week 7 Swiss
- April 20, 2024: Playoffs Ro32
- April 27, 2024: Playoffs Ro16
- May 4, 2024: Playoffs Ro8
- May 11, 2024: Semi-Finals
- May 12, 2024: Finals
The CS2 Collegiate Championship leagues will also offer two additional servers, with the inclusion of Los Angeles and New York servers, to allow players extra options to compete.
