Tournament Admin
FACEIT Collegiate is looking for a Tournament Admin to work on our collegiate Rainbow 6 league throughout the school year. The Tournament Admin is someone who has experience as a competitive player, a deep understanding of the game, and an interest in helping build the Rainbow 6 scene.
The Tournament Admin will:
- Be available during default match days and times to help handle disputes
- Hold weekly “office hours” to answer tournament or league related questions
- Serve as a point of contact on Discord for tournament related questions
- Facilitate reschedules, play times, and coordination with the broadcast team to ensure league matches run smoothly and according to schedule
- Analyze and rule on disputes, or elevate more complex issues if necessary
A successful tournament admin will be someone who can:
- Exhibit a history of high level, competitive play in Rainbow 6
- Showcase tournament playing experience
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of competitive Rainbow 6 rules
- Demonstrate a high degree of impartiality and firmness in decision making
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills

Community Coordinator
FACEIT Collegiate is looking for a community coordinator to work on our various Rainbow 6 projects throughout the school year. The community coordinator is someone who is deeply involved in the Rainbow 6 scene, familiar with the collegiate community, and passionate about helping others.
The community coordinator will:
- Serve as the community expert for Rainbow 6 on the FACEIT Collegiate team
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Discord community and the FACEIT Collegiate team
- Support outreach and marketing to their respective game’s community
- Organize and run community initiatives to attract and engage both new and existing FACEIT Collegiate community members
- Collaborate with the FACEIT Collegiate team to identify areas of improvement and opportunities across the league, and work towards effective and meaningful solutions.
A successful community coordinator will be someone who can:
- Exhibit a longstanding history and knowledge of the community, as a participant in some way (whether it be through playing, organizing, or other ways)
- Showcase extensive in-game knowledge. We’re not looking for pro-level skills, but someone who’s put numerous hours into the game because they’re passionate about it!
- Demonstrate collaborativeness. Rainbow 6 can be a pretty divisive game, we want someone who can bring people together
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in helping people
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills

Video Editor
FACEIT Collegiate is looking for a Video Editor to work on various video projects throughout the school year. The Video Editor is someone with a strong understanding of video editing, a passion for content, and an interest in collegiate esports.
The Video Editor will:
- Work with the Content Manager to iterate 1–2 templated video productions on a weekly basis
- Work with the Content Manager to produce 1 or 2 unique video concepts per semester
- Assist the Production team from time to time to help edit clips or highlights for use in broadcast
A successful video editor will be someone who can:
- Showcase strong video editing skills
- Exhibit a deep technical competence with editing software: specifically Premiere Pro, and to a lesser extent, After Effects
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Be comfortable working within established templates and guidelines, or creating their own work
- Exhibit fun, creative, and unique thinking
- BONUS: More experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a major plus!

Graphic Designer
FACEIT Collegiate is looking for a Graphic Designer to work on various graphics/visual projects throughout the school year. The Graphic Designer is someone with a strong understanding of design theory, a passion for content, and an interest in collegiate esports.
The Graphic Designer will:
- Produce graphics for social media, web, and broadcast throughout the school year
- Work with the Community Manager to bring fun and engaging projects to life through visual design
A successful graphic designer will be someone who can:
- Showcase strong graphic design skills
- Exhibit a strong academic understanding of design
- Exhibit a deep technical competence with relevant software: specifically Photoshop, InDesign and to a lesser extent, After Effects
- Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Be comfortable working within established templates and guidelines, or creating their own work
- Exhibit fun, creative, and unique thinking
- BONUS: More experience with After Effects and motion graphics is a major plus!
