Tournament Admin

FACEIT Collegiate is looking for a Tournament Admin to work on our collegiate CS:GO league throughout the school year. The Tournament Admin is someone who has experience as a competitive player, a deep understanding of the game, and an interest in helping build the CS:GO scene.

The Tournament Admin will:

• Be available during default match days and times to help handle disputes
• Hold weekly “office hours” to answer tournament or league related questions
• Serve as a point of contact on Discord for tournament related questions
• Facilitate reschedules, play times, and coordination with the broadcast team to ensure league matches run smoothly and according to schedule
• Analyze and rule on disputes, or elevate more complex issues if necessary
• South American Applicants: Speaks Spanish and/or Brazilian Portuguese
• European Applicants: Speaks Russian and/or Turkish
• All applicants should be proficient in English, both written and spoken

A successful tournament admin will be someone who can:

• Exhibit a history of high level, competitive play in CS:GO
• Showcase tournament playing experience
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of competitive CS:GO rules
• Demonstrate a high degree of impartiality and firmness in decision making
• Demonstrate strong logical thinking skills

This is a paid, part time, remote position available to people in North America, South America, and Europe.
