FactoryFinder in Finland
Are you ready to start a working week? We definitely are!
Last week FactoryFinder team visited different towns of Western Finland with an ICT-tour for innovative startups.
During the tour Russian and Finnish companies presented their projects and discussed new opportunities for cooperation. Our Finnish colleagues organised a superb tour to such technopolises as Skinnarila, Valtakatu. They also organized a tour to Joensuu scientific park — a place where promising ideas meet business geeks and industry experts and find governmental support.
In addition to FactoryFinder, Russia was represented by other IT-projects, for instance, E-Contenta, CTMLAB, video360production and many others. Even though the trip was not very long, we managed to make friends with other companies, and we feel that such friendship will last a long time!Finnish projects, however, amazed us with their ecological orientation: solar energy, recycling, reforestation and so on! As environmental problems are very important for us, we are happy to partner up with these companies and help them in every possible way.
Another event that took place while we were there was Nordic Business Forum that we simply could not miss. Prominent speakers shared their opinions on business making examples from their personal experience. The rising importance of 3D printing in modern life was the topic they couldn’t avoid. Which is why we cannot simply sit back and enjoy the product of our hard labour. We have to work hard to build our own future today, which inspires us even more!
