On September 27 students of ITMO business incubator in Saint-Petersburg presented their projects to representatives of Danish, Finnish and German universities.

All universities — Finnish, Danish, Russian — all face one similar problem: we train people in professions that might still not exist. Several years ago, a research was published in Netherlands that showed that the top-10 professions of 2010 didn’t exist in 2002 — and this is becoming a tendency.” says Jane Uwe Wolf, The Dean of VIA University College in Denmark.

Laurie Tenhunen from HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland argues: “Information is the key to developing student entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, large businesses seldom approach universities.” This is why educational establishments conduct different master classes, acceleration programs and project contests to support student entrepreneurship, among which is ITMO business incubator.

Multiple startups and other technological projects were presented at the event with a view of both receiving feedback and finding new ways of financing. Our service also took part in the event and received an appraisal from international colleagues. All of them showed a sheer interest in our projects, which proves the stunning potential of FactoryFinder and opens a huge variety of prospects in front of us.
