Apply Online

To start your application, first scroll past the two options for “I Need A Car” and go to the “Dealer” tab on the main portal of the Fair website. Then, click the “Apply Now” button at the bottom of the page.

Dealer applications can be accessed from the bottom of the Fair.com home page.

Next, tell us whether you’re a single dealership or multi-store group.

In the second step, select your franchise option.

After submitting all of the required information for your dealership, you’ll receive a security notification on your phone with a two-factor authentication code. Enter the code to confirm your application.

Your two-factor authentication code will arrive instantly.

Fair will send you a thank-you note for applying. Then just sit tight. We’ll notify you instantly as soon as we’ve reviewed and approved your application. Once it’s been approved, an e-mail will notify you to complete your account setup.

If Fair approves your application, you’ll have five quick steps to go live.

Going Live

Being approved as a Fair dealer partner depends on a number of factors, including whether we’re operating in your area. If we’re not able to accept your application at this time, we’ll automatically place you on our waiting list. If you are approved, though, just follow these five steps to immediately start working with Fair:

  1. Check your inbox for an email prompting you to verify your dealership information. Each Fair user at your dealership will need to verify their personal details, as well. After that, we encourage you to review the Terms of Service and sign to confirm your Dealer Agreement.
  2. Next, you’ll need to add your inventory to our platform. Click “Add Inventory” and follow the prompts to get the process started between your inventory provider and our operations team.
  3. Add and verify your banking information. After all, we want our money to find you as much as you do!
  4. Assign an employee to input your dealership doc fees. We’ll be paying those too.
  5. As an option, you can add photos to your profiles so that customers know whom to seek out when we deliver a Fair deal to your store.

Then just set your notifications to email or text and you’re ready to go! This digital thing isn’t half-bad, huh?
