FairySwap Q2 Roadmap
Hi, Community!
Our ecosystem continues to thrive, with an average daily trading volume reaching over $200k during two weeks of high-yield genesis mining. At the same time, frequent AMAs, generous airdrop campaigns, and collaboration with other ecosystems have attracted tens of thousands of users. Most impressively, over $7 million has been locked on the platform (TVL) in just 5 days since our launch!
In Q2 of 2022, we are improving what we have built. We’ll be involving our community even more in our growth efforts, iterating the product for continual improvements, and adding new features. As FairySwap matures, we’ll have gained new business development partners, and we’re actively communicating with other ecosystems and projects to make FairySwap the preferred Findora trading platform. We hope you try it for yourselves too!
Now, let’s learn more about our development plan in Q2.
1. Becoming the best and most user-friendly trading platform on Findora.
NFT trading platform: An Upcoming NFT Marketplace: FairySwap is launching its own NFT marketplace that will be interoperable with all EVM-compatible chains, like Polygon and Binance. Artists and collectors will be able to mint NFTs, manage their collections. Expected to launch in April, we’ll kick off our platform with an NFT campaign exclusive to $FAIRY holders.
PixiePower NFT series: This NFT series will be the first FairyNFTs minted, and will celebrate the women building Web3. We want to recognize their independence, uniqueness, and diversity with a series of feminine NFTs made by women, for women. Each PixiePower NFT has unique attributes and a unique story to increase its rarity, and are all dedicated to equality, improving women’s status in society around the world, and protecting women’s basic rights and interests. These NFTs are about more than just their looks, however. They also have special utility, giving owners voting rights in FairyDAO, acting as privacy avatars in the upcoming Fairyverse, and access to all FairySwap events.
A Polygon-Powered Multi-Chain Ecosystem: We have partnered with Polygon which will support FairySwap’s cross-chain privacy transactions, help promote the DEX, and build the community.. We are actively working with them to integrate Polygon and FairySwap.
DAO governance: To be true to our principles of fairness and equality, FairySwap will be governed by a DAO that will vote on platform improvement proposals. FairySwap is an independent ecosystem that will control its own smart contracts. Users who own platform tokens will be able to initiate community improvement proposals and vote on them.
Transaction mining: Certain trading pool will have all gas fees reimbursed when someone adds liquidity. As the pool matures, all users will be able to share the reward from the pool, but to encourage initial liquidity all gas fees paid in FRA will be reimbursed with $FAIRY.
User experience upgrade: We are constantly improving the front end, making it easier to understand and navigate. As we update project highlights, key information, and our roadmap, we will be sure to share the information on Twitter.
2. Integrating with the other projects and ecosystems
We will continue to integrate with other ecosystems and give users greater functionality. Currently, the focus is on building the Findora ecosystem and connecting with their trading network, and we will soon be working with other projects to augment the functionality of FAIRY tokens so they can be used for lending and derivatives.
3. Fostering a thriving community
The FairySwap Ambassador Program: The FairySwap ambassador Program is now open to engineers, designers, developers, or anyone else passionate about FairySwap. Selected applicants can participate in FairySwap’s development and raise FairySwap’s profile in Findora and the crypto industry as a whole. Sign up here.
Discord/Telegram: We are building our Discord and Telegram communities so users can help on another, learn about the project, and contribute where they can.
Community Partnerships: We will establish partnerships with well-known communities and KOLs in the crypto space such as 7o ‘clock Labs, 8848 Community, Btok, etc. By partnering with these communities and cross-promoting, we will build a thriving community for our ecosystem.
