I was reading a note I sent to my son, to explain my Anti-American Style-Christianity stance. Introducing him to my new understanding of what it truly means to be a Real 2024, God worshiping, Example of Jesus following, Spirit Seeking and Believing, free-will creature of material and spiritual personality!
Now I find myself wanting to publish what was a personal message of Love and Healing. Quick back story, my son was educated in private Christian schools for 11 years and one in public school (a better solution then charter or religious schools). He is Gay, was thrown out of his mothers Christian household when he was 13, into my waiting arms. Although I was not a perfect parent, he was better protected under my wings than hers. He now hold “American Style” Christianity a roadblock to real spiritual communion with the first source and center God. Now onto the message. It has only been edited to not reveal his identity without his prior permission.
My son (I used his name), I wanted to reply to the Bible comment 💜.
I believe the Bible contains many of Gods Words and Messages. They have been laid out and manipulated by man, for his own purposes for Over 2,000 years.
There are gems of Gods values in the Bible but the background and the original premise used in interpreting Gods Personality has been wholly misconstrued, misunderstood, manipulated, and bastardized on purposes and by human error, etc.
The books of the Bible have been purposefully translated, edited as to books contained and their messages manipulated. That has allowed them to be used as an instrument of power and oppression of the common man.
Many have wielded the power, never Properly, it seems yet. The Church, State, Demagogues, Cultist’s, Fascists, Communists, Capitalists, all individual earthly Religions to date, yada, yada 👎🙂.
God did not become a mute all of a sudden with no notice or reason for 2,000. Years. Yes there are some religions who have claimed a new Epoch. Few can provide it as a valid claim (that’a another conversation) unless asked to use faith, to believe ridiculously any and all face value, intellectual obvious absurdity.
However God through his spirit, speaks ALL THE TIME. I am sure he speaks to each age of Man, and each individual man who is correctly hearted, an earnest seeker of truth as that man can comprehend and understand concepts and ideas.
Imagine discussing the internal combustion engine to an Israelite slave fleeing Egypt. A Bedouin desert wanderer for 40 years. It Might be a hard sell.
God is all knowing isn’t he? Simple common sense would seem to dictate this idea.
However, that understood. The Bible can be used for many Godly Purposes and a single truth of a religion of One Finality of All, a One True Source and Center, a God more powerful than it is fully to comprehend by mortals of possible ascension in the afterlife here (Phsical Death here on earth).
Such a Deity can certainly control reality itself and manifest in many forms can’t he/she/it/they/them/masculine/feminine/any matter or energy they wish. As a Deity isn’t that just a given. The all powerful first and last source and center, the incredible source of not only Bactria and protons, every living thing, all matter, the earth the sun and moon, solar system, galaxy, universe, quantum physics, Man with a soul, mind, movement and so on.
That’s that God I see in my heart. Each persons experience is as different as people are from one another.
The Father-ship of God and the Brotherhood of man and service to your fellow man is his message. As God is Love. Of course, Love one another as you love yourself is a Given although an extremely challenging concept for mortal man to execute.
God. cannot be Evil, he is by mere existence Good and Love amongst countless other “man called Good” qualities.
His freewill creations (Man) choosing to make decisions contrary to the Fathers Will can do Evil and the continuance of such acts compulsively, knowingly and purposefully becomes SIN. Perpetual Sin does in fact beget destruction of the soul, in finality.
There is no “Hell” with the devil and his pitchfork, house of torment and sinister laugh at your perpetual pain. That’s a fairly tale of control.
Instead your souls ultimate destruction and non accession is quite possibly a far worse fate. Not that we can fully or even conceptually comprehend the ramifications of that. It’s a punishment not easily understood as to be relatable to humans. It means oblivion and destruction of the yoy that make you you. Never to attain the glory of ascension to the isle of paradise (heaven). Just understand that there is an end result, not good, for un-repented, purposeful, habitual, knowingly Sinful decisions and THIER end results. This has nothing to do with sexuality, it has everything to do with the other moments in your life and how you decide to worship and accept the free gift of the spirit and fatherhood of God and brotherhood of man.
Original Sin is incorrect, blood sacrifice of Jesus was never needed, the ideas of atonement for an evil fallen creation is wrong, a wrathful, vengeful, small pretty God, the One True Source and Center is insulting to God. And on and on and on🙂.
We are not some cosmic mistake of God, infused with inheritance of Original Sin and Evil from Conception, as passed on from Adam and Eve.
In fact we are imbued each and everyone of us mortals of earth, time and space. With A Spark of The Devine. And many other possible heavenly spiritual gifts (not Santa clause gifts) as we mature as mortals on earth to another reality we call the afterlife or death of the body.
There is a Lucifer, Satan and Beelzebub amongst other “rebellion” characters. They were at one time physically powerful on earth as well as elsewhere in the universe. There was a rebellion in our local universe, GOD WON. They still Exist but have NO POWER OVER MAN, NOW. The Devil Did Not make you do it.
What man calls Evil are Freewill Choices. As freewill creatures in the realm of space and time. Every action of every other mortal on the planet combines each millisecond of every day of our time to create our reality. We can choose to follow a choice that would be in the Fathers Will or not. What we call the Holy Spirit, Will not stop you from making a choice of your own free will. Communing with the Spirit MIGHT influence you to make “In The Father Will Choices”.
Here discernment is mighty needed and sorely lacking in reality in todays society as it has been for millennia. If the draw is Love based, in many types of execution. Not a vision of violence, retribution or…. Then it’s the Real Spirit of God.
Jesus as God Man really did walk the earth. He looked like a real person of Jewish Palestine of the Time of his birth, August 21st, 7 BC. He is the bestowal or earthly incantation of Creator Son of the Father God even now and fully empowered. His life example and. heavenly revelational epoch, not his blood was why he was here. Amongst other heavenly reasons many beyond our mere mortal understanding on this reality🙂.
My Son, This is how I understand my faith today. I expect and endeavor to keep prayerfully seeking wisdom, knowledge and understating. I trust my faith to become more and more unfolded as I earnestly ask with an heart open to the Father and his Son Joshua Ben Joseph, Jesus Christ, for this gift.
