Was Jesus Omniscient?

In a recent attack on Christianity (there are many on this platform), Medium author Chris Howard said that Jesus’ apparent knowledge limitations — concerning mental health and hygiene specifically — make a mockery of the Christian belief that Jesus was God in the flesh.

Mr. Howard makes the argument that, since the Bible presents Jesus as a miracle worker and that the Trinitarian doctrine declares Jesus to be God, then (in his words)…

As a god — as the Abrahamic “God” — we know therefore he would have been omniscient, that is, all knowing. He knows everything, from the start to the end of time. He knew a million years ago what you would have for breakfast this morning.

And yet, he didn’t know the most basic things about human physical and mental health.
