Purpose? What’s that?

I would like to be the first to admit that finding your purpose is not easy. Some people find it as early as nine years old, but the rest of us are still on the hunt for what makes us special. According to dictionary.com, Purpose is the reason for which something exists or is done, made, used, etc. Basically, the reason you are alive.

Another thing, it’s okay if you have not found your purpose, it really is. It may take time but don’t feel like you are being left behind. Be patient. Finding your purpose is complicated but not impossible. I personally believe the things that spark your interest, the things you have genuine love are connected to your purpose.

Find out what you love doing

Everyone loves doing something, at least one thing. With that, you can turn it into something greater. Don’t be mistaken, just because you love doing something doesn’t mean it is connected to your purpose, it may be there to lead you to your purpose.

Pray about it

Prayer is more powerful than you think! God is the revealer of secrets anyway, so put your trust in him and I promiseee you, he won’t fail you.

You are different

It’s VERY vital to believe your purpose is different from that of the next person. It sets you apart from the idea that was sold to us at a young age about following a certain path in life to be successful. You are different and special. If no one has ever told you, boy am I glad to be your first.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. — Jeremiah 29:11
