Sunday Story: Reclaiming Conversation: Conversations
Working together in teams of two:
- Select one or several of the excerpts (below) from MIT Professor Sherry Turkle’s “Alone Together: Why We Expect More From Technology and Less From Each Other” (2011) and/or “Reclaiming Conversation: The Power of Talk in the Digital Age” (2015). Link to reading here. If you don’t like any of the excerpts I have provided, feel free to select your own excerpts from the book link to book on Google Play Books
- Engage in critical conversation with your partner about the excerpt(s).
- Capture your conversation in a video (at least 60 and no more than 120 seconds) or Medium story (at least 200 and no more than 400 words).
